Transitioning into adulthood brings a host of new experiences—whether it’s starting university, launching a career or navigating relationships. But along with these opportunities often comes stress, uncertainty and the pressure to succeed.

I know that the journey from adolescence to adulthood is a time of significant change. You’re expected to make important decisions about your future, often with limited experience to draw from. It’s natural to feel overwhelmed, anxious or uncertain about what lies ahead. With the added pressures of social media, peer influence and the desire for independence, it can be difficult to cope.
